1. Scope of Application
Test equipment for toxic risk classification of flue gases suitable for stable smoke production.
GB standard is used to test the toxicity grade of smoke produced by smoke in mice.
The ISO standard uses gas analyzers to determine the toxic risk classification of smoke produced by materials. Gas analyzer is another option.

3. Technical Parameters
3.1 Testing device consists of annular furnace, quartz tube, quartz boat, flue gas collection and distribution module, temperature control system, furnace displacement system, air supply system.

3.9 Quartz tube: the use of a jade tube, resistant to 1600 degrees high temperature, easy to remove and easy to clean, heat conduction ability.
3.10 Flue gas collection and distribution system: it can quickly mix carrier gas and dilution gas.
3.11 Gas Channel Switching: Conveniently and quickly accomplish the switching between poison box, flue gas collection box and exhaust gas
4. Main Features
4.1 Adopting 16-bit high-precision board plus microcomputer control, it has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable performance and simple operation.
4.2 WINDOWS XP operation interface, LabVIEW style, perfect security mechanism. During the test, the measured results are displayed in real time and the perfect curves are drawn dynamically. The data can be stored, read and printed out permanently, and the report forms can be printed directly.
4.3 Computer: one set, software: one set
4.4 Calibration of heating temperature of annular furnace: comparison chart showing time, temperature curve and actual measured temperature.
4.5 The smoke concentration and smoke production rate of the material are automatically calculated after setting.
4.6 Turn the chart of the angular velocity of the cage in real time.
4.7 The operation time of annular furnace is set arbitrarily.
4.8 With manual and automatic ring furnace fast forward and retreat function.
